Issues: At Company T in Hokuriku, bearings used at high temperatures (60°C) and high speeds (3,000 to 4,000 r.p.m) were replaced every two months. This was due to the degradation of the grease caused by heat generated from rotation, leading to wear and damage of the bearings. Solution: Bilar NMG is a non-soap-based heat-resistant, extreme pressure grease that suppresses heat generation from rotation, resulting in less thermal degradation and enabling long-term lubrication.
